Payment & Insurance What Insurance does the practice accept? At Bunker Hill Dentistry, we believe that no adult or child should have to endure the negative impacts of poor oral health. It is for this reason that we accept a wide range of PPO insurance that is in-network with our practice. We do also see some out-of-network patients but coverage may vary. Please call our office for details. Feel free to call our office to find out if we accept your provider or if they are in-network primary providers. Do you accept Medicaid/Medicare? It is unfortunate that we do not accept Medicaid/Medicare. However, we do accept most PPO insurances. We are a short walk from Memorial City Mall. Find us on the map: Is there parking available around your dental practice? If you are driving to our office, convenience is assured. You can conveniently park your car at the front of our office or in the parking garage. You do not have to spend hours looking for a parking space. Is your office accessible to patients with disabilities? We take deep pride in our disability-friendly office. We also regularly have an independent survey to identify any obstacles a disabled employee or patient might encounter in our office and make the adjustments. Your First Appointment Bunker Hill Dentistry – Lobby How can I book an appointment? Use the online appointment form or give us a call on 832-834-5281. Where can I find new patient forms? Simple – you can find them and print them out here. Do I need to arrive early for my first appointment? You can easily access the New Patient Forms from your phone or computer. However, if you are unable to obtain the forms, we request you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to review the forms. What should I bring for my first appointment? To expedite the appointment carry the following with you on the day of the appointment: Identification such as a driving license, state ID or Military ID Insurance card New patient form (If you filled out the new patient form before the appointment) If you haven’t filled out the new patient form before your first appointment, please come with names and dosages of any medications you are taking How do I schedule my next checkup? To help you feel comfortable and at ease, we introduce our staff, and give you a little tour of our office. Take a quick peek around the office before you see it in person: Bunker Hill Dentistry tour During your treatment, you’ll be lying on memory-foam cushioned chairs and can curl up under blankets and rest on soft pillows for maximum comfort. Bunker Hill Dentistry – Surgical Suite What if I’m nervous? Don’t worry! At Bunker Hill Dentistry, we believe you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your oral health to protect your mental health, or vice versa. Our office operates with your peace of mind a top priority. Talk to us anytime about any concerns or worries you might have and we’ll tailor our treatment accordingly. Our clean and modern dental office also provides a calming influence. You are free to watch your favorite TV show or listen to music to distract you during treatment. We also offer a number of sedation options if required. Can I ask questions? Of course!
