Anne was very inviting by showed me around the office and making me feel comfortable. The office is extremely well kept and clean. There is art work everywhere so it feels like home. Dr. Le was very thorough and went over all of my scans and X-rays with me. He and Anne also discussed all of the cool new procedures I could have to perfect my smile and help keep my teeth clean. I had a teeth whitening session done by Tovah and she was very precise in all she did and was very professional. She even went out of her way to help me out afterwards when my teeth were left a little sensitive after the bleaching. The entire staff is wonderful and I definitely plan on coming back. Their 3D X-ray is awesome and Dr. Le is excellent at his work. I had 3 fillings done at once, it only took an hour and didn’t feel a thing. The fillings look great and I’m so happy to get those old stainless steel pieces replaced with filling the color of my teeth. She treated me so nicely. The 3D machine is really nice. After my consultation, I had my first deep cleaning ever. I did not feel a thing. The technology has changed so much, I was in awwww. I called first thing Tuesday morning and they let me come right in to see if they could help with the pain and to take a look at my tooth. It was my first time there and their facility looks really nice. It’s also a plus that I work in one of the buildings across the street from them. Everyone there was so nice and really focused on providing great customer service. After completing my paperwork I was in the seat with Dr. Le. He proceeded with their top of the line 3D X-Ray scan. Once the pictures and scan was complete he showed me what was going on. I found this so helpful since past dentist don’t take the time to really show me the issues with my teeth. It’s usually my folder with a bunch chicken scratch. They gave me a prescription for the pain and infection and scheduled me to see them on Monday once the infection decreased. Everything went smoothly, beginning from numbing my gum to replacing an old filling. Dr. Le was thorough with showing me before and after photos as well as showing me the crack in my tooth. Dr. Le has state of the art equipment and I was surprised when he didn’t have to run a q-tip along my bottom gum to numb it before injecting it. The injection was painless! I was also impressed with how nice the filling looked especially compared to what it looked like previously.
